Dongfeng's Global Ambassador: Hu Jinning – Over 200 Days Abroad, Bringing Dongfeng Vehicles Across Latin America

This Suizhou boy, who grew up learning about Dongfeng trucks alongside his father, felt the wave of Chinese automobiles expanding globally during his studies abroad. After graduating, he decisively joined Dongfeng Import and Export Company. In 2023, Hu Jinning entered the Overseas Marketing Department for Commercial Vehicles through campus recruitment, and was responsible for markets in Chile, Venezuela, Mexico, Central America, and large domestic clients. After joining the company, he constantly studied professional knowledge, strengthened his work abilities, quickly adapted to his position, and took on sales targets with determination. In just one year, he transformed from a workplace newcomer to a rising star in marketing, winning several honors such as "Marketing New Star" and "Market Expansion Star" in company competitions. In 2024, he spent 214 days abroad, selling 349 commercial vehicles. He achieved a breakthrough in the Venezuelan market with a market share of 20%, gaining recognition from American clients.

Faced with the challenges of the American market, he didn’t hesitate but chose to rise to the occasion. He knew that to establish a foothold in this distant and opportunity-filled land, he would need to work harder than most. Therefore, he actively immersed himself in the field, visiting various market points and working closely with dealer teams to understand sales challenges and address customer needs, ultimately carving out a niche for himself in the Americas market.
